I think the item ordered is quoted to take longer to arrive than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. No other complaints

There is always room for improvement. If everyone said highly satisfied then you wouldn’t know where the next step of improvement would be

We were buying a mattress and only time will tell if we made the right decision.

Very happy with service, the only fly in the ointment was that the cabinets I was ordering with my bed were advertised at a price that was much lower than stated on the computer system when it was time to pay. Your colleagues applied the discount of £60 to meet the advertised price when I made it clear I was prepared to abandon the whole sale, but were at first reluctant and I had to become rather difficult about it. It left a bad taste in the mouth, particularly given the upselling effort too, I was left with the impression that their job was to extract as much cash from me as possible, when I just wanted to pay for some furniture.

Always leave room for improvement. Also, last time we were at dreams we were offered a deal on pillows and there were no deals offered this time.

Do not expect all of your customers to be Highly Satisfied. That proposition is impossible. Accept the comments as they are. However, overall the experience was quite satisfactory.

We were very satisfied, but disappointed we were told we would have to pay £70 to remove our old bed after spending over £1000 it would of been a nice gesture to remove it for free

The staff were very friendly and helpful and able to explain the different facets of mattresses very well, however the wait time for the machine was a little long and the prices are quite steep on most products, despite supposedly having a sale on - very few items I was shown seemed to be.

The only criticism was that the store was very warm and myself and my husband were both a bit uncomfortable during our visit. We were offered water.
