The whole experience was made very easy and enjoyable with the lovely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Howard served us in a very friencly and helpful manner, while Joanne and Ben made us coffee. This team are an asset to the Dreams company. Well done!!! And thank you.

As a disabled person, I was delighted that my daughter was able to park right in front of the entrance to the store. I was treated very well and was given a cup of coffee made to my liking the staff were really helpful and as I live alone I was happy that for a small fee my old bed would be dismantled and taken away for me; and that my new bed will be assembled for me free of charge.

Assistance was offered as soon as we entered the store and we were directed to the item we wanted. We were then allowed to view at our leisure before we were approached to see if we needed anymore help

They should offer protective cover such as paper towels when testing out mattresses and pillows. The bed-frames that was on display need to be updated, some of them look worn out and the colour too faded which made it difficult to make a decision.
