There was alot of stock to choose from, the store was easy to get round it was clean and tidy. The assistants were helpful , friendly and professional.

Friendliness and patience of staff. Natalie wasn't pushy at all and I appreciated that. She gave me time to try every bed and I didn't feel rushed. Thank you

Sue and Ryan were really helpful and friendly. Sue took a lot of time and effort in finding the right bed for me and Ryan was really helpful too, seems to be learning the role well.

Your representative Sue was very attentive but not pushy. She gave us every opportunity to understand and select the best product for us. Sue even continued beyond the store closure but still didn't rush us.

We were seen straight away and fitted for the correct type of bed for us . The assistant was very patient with us while we decided on the correct bed for us ! We were offered a coffee which was very nice , it was a nice gesture . The whole experience was very good .
