The staff were quick, knowledgable and efficient. The whole experience was fast and easy.

I was allowed to browse freely without staff trying the 'hard sell routine and then staff were willingly helpful and knowledgeable when I asked for information etc.

The sales person could not have been more helpful. She made us feel relaxed and explained in easy language the advantages of each product that drew our attention. There was no sales jargon used and we were able to make our selection without someone sat on our shoulder all the time. We were entirely pleased with everything about this store, even parking was no problem.

The whole experience was very satisfying. We had intended to visit 2 other suppliers stores but found the mattress we wanted in the Dreams store and didn't go anywhere else. We were approached by Liam who later told us he is a trainee and had only been 1 week in the job. He offered us coffee whilst we browsed and was on hand to provide advice, checking with a colleague if he was unsure.

The customer sales advisor, Howard, was very pleasant and have me the freedom to browse without being over bearing

The overall price we paid was very competitive and favorable with other companies we looked at. Plus the member of staff (a lady called Faz) who dealt with our purchase throughout our visit was absolutely excellent

Had a lovely time the assistant called faz she wos wonderful made us tea and looked after my 77 year old mum she took care of us and we didn't feel rushed honestly can't fault the customer service in dreams snipe retail park I would highly recommend dreams to family and friends

The staff member was very helpful and knowledgable, they show us were the bed we wished to look at then left us alone to discuss and decide if we wanted the bed, no hard pressure sales which is only a credit to the company and staff.
