It was a nice atmosphere in the shop and we were able to look around at our leisure and when we needed assistance the staff were very friendly and helpful we were looked after by arissa who even made us a cup of coffee very nice and helpful member of staff we were both highly satisfied

I was attended very promptly when I visited the Ashton store. I had visited another bed company and I explained what I was looking for and what I got was excellent advice from both Howard and the manager Ben, regardless of the fact that it was very close to closing time. I have worked in retail for many years at senior management level and I would give them both a job any day of the week. These 2 guys were an absolute credit to your company. They were professional and polite and listened to what I wanted to say and did not try to sell me something that was not right for me. I came back into the store the next day with my wife who was also delighted with how she was dealt with. I would never go to another bed company again and I would highly recommend dreams to my friends and family. I sincerely hope my message is passed to Howard and Ben. People are often quick to criticise and slow to praise and I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

the staff initially gave me enough space to have a look before approaching me however, checked i was okay several times. The speed at which my order was placed was excellent. the staff were friendly and matched the prices online and from other retailers

When we arrived at the store, we were allowed to browse the beds without being pressured or pestered by anyone. When we needed assistance we received a very welcoming greeting and very well explained product detail. Furthermore we also received a complimentary drink whilst we tried out the various beds for comfort. The sale was very well and non pressured and that's just what we wanted, No pressure. The customer service we received was fantastic. Really really helpful and knowledgeable - We only came in to have a look and ended up buying new bed and bedding. Thank you Howard :-)

Arissa and her Manager made the experience of choosing the mattress easy and a very pleasent one. We were offered a cup of tea, and did not feel pressured in any way.

Far showed a genuine interest in our needs and was able to match us up with the bed and mattress that we wanted. The best part was that Faz was very honest and very sure about what she could and could not do. That worked very well as we knew that we were getting a good deal. Faz and her other colleague was very helpful generally and allowed us to take the time to browse and then ask as many questions as needed. A very good experience in store.

Arissa assisted us on our visit. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of valuable advice about the various products. We did not feel pressured or rushed into making any decisions. She spent a lot of time explaining everything and making sure we had everything we needed.
