No pressure and friendly knowledgeable service

We phoned the store first to see if the items were in stock before collection. When we arrived at the store, we explained to the sales person the reason we were replacing our items and she recommended we try a different item to the one we had chosen and we are so pleased she did. The items we eventually bought are far better than the ones we had in mind. Thank you very much for your advice we are so glad we took it.

First class in both service, and the wide availability of the Beds on show, I was put at ease with both the friendly and welcoming staff particular Ryan. I believe I was his first face to face customer, I was very impressed with his knowledge and nothing I found was no trouble for him in both answering my many questions and his calm and competent nature, this operative is a credit to your company.

I am 85 years old and need assistance to walk with my rollator.. the young lady that served me and my son was very helpful. She showed me products I asked for and helped me try out to decide which one I was looking for in my price range. She showed me best widest route for my appliance. She was also a delightfully friendly and very helpful with a good knowledge of product.she didn,t rush me in any way. A credit to her and your company
