Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

I went in with a budget for a mattress for my son. The shop assistant was so friendly and helpful - showing me all the mattresses within my price range. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses on offer, but wasn’t at all pushy. I chose a mattress and he put the order into the system and arranged a delivery date. After the delivery date had been arranged I realised I wouldn’t be in that day, so the assistant kindly changed it to another date for me. I was really impressed with the service I received in Dreams.

My family recommended to me Dreams and I can confirm I received very friendly service and professional advice from Danny and Katie. I’m happy with the choice and quick delivery time offered.

Just simple, great service that clearly was suited to the customer; realising each customer has a different demand.

We went into store with the intention if merely looking at what options there were to replace our old mattress and didn't expect to be greeted by such professionalism and courteousness. The gentleman dealing with us was very polite and helpful and we were blown away to discover he had only been working for Dreams 3 days! His product knowledge and help was outstanding and we would never for a moment thought he was such a new member of staff. Sadly I cannot remember his name but the store we visited was the Ashton Under Lyne branch on the Snipe Retail park in Greater Manchester and this staff member is a credit to your company.

Friendly staff who explained everything in a manner i could understand with no hard sell and helped me purchase the items perfect for my needs.
