I received a very friendly warm welcome to the store in Ashton Under Lyne. I was asked what I was looking for & given the opportunity to use the Sleepmaster to help me choose a new mattress. The store was very clean and everyt explained to me in a friendly manner, no rush at all. Very knowledgeable staff.

Your colleague had excellent knowledge of the products we were inquiring about, was patient and gave good advise ,and was not trying to push us into buying and gave us time to browse the beds we were interested in. We thought she was very professional. We were overall very impressed with the service from the staff.
