The pillows are excellent, neither too soft nor too hard. The mattresses are due in January.

Friendly staff, approached us on arrival. Left us to look. Asked if we needed refreshments

Huge credit has to go to Kam at Dreams Manchester. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and consultative. Beds have always been hard, and she walked us through the process. She looked after us whilst in store and gave us her full attention. Sleepmatch was sublime, and gave us a great starting point in narrowing down options.

Tha sale advisor was very patient, kind, helpful, competent,has good customer service. I was really impressed and happy with his approach.
