Every thing was straight forward

the staff were very friendly an polite! Made us feel welcome, surprised that they gave us a pillow to try out the beds properly

I found the showroom and it’s layout easy on the eye. Staff greeting welcoming but not ‘in my face’. Easy located the purchase I intended to make and when questioned Anne the staff member was informed and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the banter and repartee together with a simple willingness to ensure we got full benefits from our visit. Overall a pleasant encounter

Anne the lady who looked after us was very polite and friendly and had good knowledge of what she had to offer us.Anne explained the the quality of the mattress and the filling in the mattress.

All the staff were extremely helpful. When first going to the store we spoke with Adam, he was knowledgeable, and courteous. After we'd done our own research, we returned to the store as we were satisfied that Dreams could support our needs best of all. We were looked after by Katie & Anne, who were both knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff. This made our purchase experience very enjoyable.

Your Dreams colleague Anne was extremely friendly and helpful, she offered me a coffee and took time to listen and show me a few options based on what I told her.
