On entering the store we were approached by a sales assistant. He was very good at communicating with us, he understood my needs, also shown and had a go at the bed machine you have to monitor how we sleep. The store manager kept interrupting him, without an apology to us, asking if he had mentioned a certain thing, he had already done it, so she was not needed. I did also say it to him, but didn't say it to the manager as i didn't want her to react negatively towards him.
