Pleasant knowledable staff who listened to our needs. We even had a cup of coffee. We tried the beds with pillows given to us by staff. It was a quick delivery time. A nice experience throughout.

We wanted to make an investment into a he’d for the future and received lots of knowledge and recommendations when visiting in store. The staff were all friendly and helpful but not too over bearing as we found with other shops. All products were fully explained and ideas for testing for different mattresses and beds to suit were given. Due to the overall experience we received which made choosing a new bed an easy and smooth transaction this is why I would highly recommend Dreams and be highly satisfied. THE SHOP ASSISTANT MRS ANNE kILSHAW WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WHOS KNOWLEDGE MADE CHOOSING WHICH BED EXTREMLY EASY

Adam the sales assistant, explained simply all the mattresses, and the coatings, offered us a drink, gave us pillows to use, and left us to have a good look around but was always on hand if we had a question.He in no way was pushy, and we felt very comfortable during our stay in store.

When we first entered the shop we were acknowledged by the assistant and not placed under any pressure, we were shown how the shop was laid out out, asked what we would like to see and shown to the appropriate section. We were offered refreshments and all our questions were answered promptly without hesitation

The demonstration of products for testing was excellent and extremely important to us for choosing the best mattress for us. The product knowledge of the assistance was most enlightening! We were treated with kindness and given refreshments by Adam. Most importantly nothing was rushed and great patience was demonstrated during our decision process.
