The assistant who was called Morag was so helpful and polite she understood what we wanted so would have no hesitation to recommend Dreams to friends and hope they could get Morag too.

Completed the sleep matching process and was recommended the mattress options best suited to us.

Scott, the sales person was very polite and keen to assist us. He offered advice and also offered us time to think without being pushy. He made it clear he was new, but assured us that he would verify all the advice he gave us with a more experienced colleague.

We were greeted by a staff member on arrival who was very helpful and guided us through the whole thing and involved our son in the decision making. He managed to find us a mattress for our son. With it being the staff members 5th day of working and 1st sale by himself he did very well.

The customer staff relations was spot on no pushing sales down your throat. They show us many type of mattress that was suitable to our need with the help of the computer great invention

Morag the assistant was so helpful! She explained the items in a qay that we felt able to make a informed decision about what product would be best for us and she done so in a proffessional and friendly matter yet at the same time was able to have a laugh with us! The computer system was being fixed and yet Morag was apologetic and went out her way to ensure our comfort! She made us coffee and much to the delight of our children gave them a biscuit! It takes good interpersonal skills and attributes to engage people and clearly Morag has that!

Easy and had what I wanted

Morag was friendly and knowledgeable, but not overbearing. We felt very at ease throughout. We were able to easily try and test the ottomans to quickly decide on the base then the mattress assessment machine was great to narrow selections for us to then try.
