From the minute I walked in the store I was met with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who knew each and every product well and could advise accordingly.

Norah was amazing. Despite being on her own in store she knew where everyone was at with their enquiry/ order and was able to help everyone to successful orders.

Morag at Aberdeen Kitty Brewster - you are a "dream" of a customer service advisor. Your smiling pleasant demeanour whilst dealing effortlessly with 3 different sets of customers at various stages of the purchase procedure is to be commended, including the offer of refreshments. Plus you managed to bring forward the delivery date of my purchase which was much appreciated and kept me up to date throughout the process. Your knowledge of products and seamless moves between customers all whilst undertaking the standard hygiene requirements after each trial of Dreams beds/mattresses was amazing. No wonder all potential customers went on to make purchases during my time instore. Thank you for your excellent customer service - a credit to Dreams.

Morag was there to greet me at the Aberdeen branch as soon as I walked in the door, she took me to the bed I was interested and was happy to show me comparable models and happily got a tape measure to do some measurements for me. When it was time for the paperwork to order, the whole process was explained, Morag took the time to look online to see if a blanket box I hope to buy at a later date was available and also explained the process of buying the two mattresses I also hope to buy at a later date. All this was done over a cup of tea and my paperwork with all my info given to me as we completed. Got a great bed at a great price, delivery date to suit and all done in a very welcoming and friendly environment.
