We were very happy with the assistance provided by the shop staff and products

Assistant was very friendly and helpful and she cleaned the surfaces and fabrics after we had touched them. Was disappointed that we were directed to the most expensive mattress first when we ask for mud range.

I think overall experience was good, but I found that you need to do some home study to realise what you need for yourself as per your budget as there is a mattress starting from £2000 to as low as £300

the bed I wanted was not available in size

The only problem I encountered was all of the tills broke and we were waiting for 40 minutes for them to get fixed so that we could complete the payment.

I was told Dreams accepted Amex. We tried and failed four times, even after the manager phoned the appropriate IT company. Had to use a second card (MasterCard) in the end which was successful the first time we tried it. Not my preferred card.

The survey arrived before the delivery and before a chance to try the actual mattress.

Findlay offered a first class service and was very knowledgeable and helpful.
