The colleague had only just started but seemed like he had worked there for years, I feel really annoyed with myself that I have forgotten his name he was at the Aberdeen Kitty Brewster Store. The colleague greeted us from the off and then took us to the sleep station to be fitted for our perfect matress. We were then given a pillow which complied with covid guidance as was wrapped with paper and we began to try out the recommendations from the sheet printed out from being at the sleep station. We were loosing hope a bit until the colleague had suggested trying the heaton matress which was prefect for us and upon seeing out printed reccomendations this was one the colleague had written himself in pen as an alternative. Sometimes the machinary doesnt always get it right. We were then guided through all the offers, insurance, protection, pillows etc then were moved onto delivery. The process was made so easy by this colleague and he was very informative which helped us on our decision.

Store manager was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

sales man hamilton was really nice, got tea and coffee really nice.
