Scott in store was professional and made us feel very comfortable choosing the best mattress for my partner and I. We received coffee whilst he explained the best payment options for us. Scott was an absolute delight to deal with.

Scott was very informative, and provided a service we had not seen before to determine the best type of mattress for me and my partner. He then showed us the relevant mattresses and explained the pros and cons of each. We had lots of things we were looking for and he showed us everything that may fit those needs. He explained the delivery times and costs along the way. His service was impeccable.

When entering the store we were met by a very cheerie ronald, he dealt with us from start to finish explaining everything to us and about the aftercare which we were happy with, would recommend your store and staff to anyone

Welcomed to the store and offered to try the sleep position analyser which we accepted, store assistant kept our children entertained whilst this was done. Store assistant showed us several options to cater our needs allowing us to select the correct bed and mattress.

The staff were helpful and friendly but not constantly chasing us around and gave us some space to make the decision, but were nearby to help when we needed it.

Excellent assistant who covered all our queries and this made our selection process much easier and more satisfactory. The machine measurements helped greatly with mattress choice and assistant was so patient.
