I went to make a small purchase for my daughter. I ended up buying her a charm and she loved it. I definitely will be returning to this location soon to make more purchases.

My experience at pandora was absolutely amazing. I had some of the greatest help by Marisol at the Stanford Mall location. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the pieces and helped my daughter pick out whatever she wanted.

My sales associate Skyler was amazing. She made me feel very important. I was also very impressed with her knowledge.

There are not many kinds of earrings. It needs to be cleaned frequently.

This was the second time I had gone to the store, the first time I wasn’t able to get what I wanted. When I returned the girl that helped me the before remembered me and the charms I wanted. As I got to the display cased she had my charms ready i saw some other charms and I was in and out in less then 15/20 minutes. Great service! Thank you.

Aside from the woman who helped me set up my bracelet. The young lady at the door asked to many questions and wasted 5 or more minutes interrogating whereas I had to cut her off and ask if I was welcomed into the store. One I got in the store the next associate was warm patient and friendly. It a turn away when you arrive as a black woman who spends hard work earned money to be Stereotyped and assumed upon by smith black woman whose the employee. She knew nothing about the order because it was lost and she didn’t offer to help look for it or even offer to place a purchase inside store
