I bought the 14k gold bracelet on chicago, IL and didn’t realize that it was slightly bent so I brought it to the Fashion Valley store in San Diego and without hesitation ANNA was able to help with the exchange. It was quick, she was very nice and knowledgeable of the exchange policy… I would defiantly buy 14k gold at Pandora. Well worth the money and quality. The girls at Fashion Valley have been all friendly and very helpful.

Bracelet I ordered was to small and 1 of the glass charms had a flaw in it. I returned to the store to exchange the bracelet 1 size up and to replace the flawed charm. Vanessa J was extremely professional and made the exchange for me. It was a seamless exchange and I left very satisfied. Vanessa was courteous, professional and friendly.
