The packaging was underwhelming for the price of the item I purchased. I thought it would be presented in a better box but overall the item was exactly what I wanted.

Very disappointed in Brian R No. 221958 he was not knowledgeable about the new items released. Even though they are in the booklet he showed me, he insisted the new Long Rhinestone earring for Pandora me was only online when I know that is false because he was too lazy to look for it in the store. I had to have him take it out of the display he pointed me to and he didn’t even know that is was in the display. This store needs some serious help if the customers are more knowledgeable about the products recently release. I will highly advise not to go to this location and tell everyone I know not to go here. All other locations in Los Angeles are more aware of the products and releases. Don’t go to Studio City pandora!!!!
