Very nice sales lady.

We went in looking for the engraving. The website was not specific on only certain locations having it. The sales associate was able to let us know which locations did do it.

Love the store sales associate spoke Spanish which was great and overall I had a great visit at this Pandora location

I went to buy a gift for my daughter and sadly one of the charms that I saw online you don’t have them in stock. But the ladies were really nice.

Was not acknowledged when I walked in. I had to ask 3 girls if any of them could help me. They looked annoyed that they had to help me

the associate monique is extremely rude and not fit for this job. we walked into the store and she did not welcome us. i already knew which item I wanted because i had browsed online. she stared at us and when i asked to see a charm she rolled her eyes and threw it on the counter. i asked if i could try it on my bracelet and she said nothing and just tossed the charm to me. i was happy that the item i wanted was in stock but i will not return to this location because i didn’t feel comfortable at all. she made me feel like a burden when i asked very few questions and was very kind to her. we were the only customers in the store and she didn’t at all acknowledge us.
