Pandora Jewelry

I was really satisfied with my pandora experience today due to the assistance we got and the price we paid for a very valuable piece of jewelry.

I was helped by the most friendly and caring person. Her name was Joodit, and I believe she was assistant manager. She engaged conversation with us, and told us about charms she really thought would fit us.

The sales rep was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She did an exchange of a bracelet that was too small for one that was the correct size. She was helpful with choosing some appropriate and very cute charms for my granddaughters birthday gift.

Friendly customer service. She helped me find the prefect gift for my daughter. Place was clean and neat. Will be back again.

I was highly satisfied because they were quick to ask me what i needed help with. They also gave me a free cleaning and offered to show me the charms i were interested in. They knew the prices of the stuff K was pointing at.

I recently got my wife a charm bracelet for Valentine’s Day, and the day we went the service was amazing, even in a busy store. We were able to get put into the system and seen rather quickly. The service from Yazmin in our most recent visit was top notch as well.

The staff was very fast to acknowledge my presence as soon as I walked into the store. They made me feel like I had been there before. Treated me with the upmost respect and care. They made sure I knew my options, and even showed me more just in case.

I went to the store and the woman who tried to help me, was helping 2 other customers, new clients came and she helped them. So I ask for what I wanted but she was having hard times to find my things and other customers where talking to her and asking diferent things, so the speed of her was really slow! Joshua came and he helped me straight away! His communication and patience was awesome! I was really happy with his work! He explained me everything and was really quickly! In the meantime while we were almost finishing the purchase, the other lady came where we were with another customer to show them the charms that were underneath us. So they almost kick us out so we moved to the other corner of the store. I think that lady should be out of the store!!! Joshua was awesome!
