Khephra L No. 222785 was extremely helpful and nice, best customer service I've experienced. I will defiantly visit this Pandora location again because of the the great service i received there.

We came to the store in a rush to get my daughter’s birthday gift for her collage graduation the next day before our dinner. The sales people are very helpful and friendly. We were out of the store in a timely manner and made it to our dinner on time. We had a great experience with the sales people in this store.

4/17/22 purchased an exclusive charm, I didn’t notice it was rose gold in color, when I purchased it, I live in San Diego, 2 hrs away. Wasn’t sure when I would return, I called and I spoked to Angelyce and told her what had happen, she was kind enough and told me when I was back in the area I could exchange the item, yesterday being 5/22/22 I called your store, Angelyce was there, I told her who I was and she remembered who I was and she said I could come in and exchange the item. I would have given a highly satisfied for the entire survey nonetheless I was not greeted nor acknowledged upon entering. I did an entire 360 and at the very end of the 360 was greeted by the store manager Ashley. Her employees made eye contact with me upon entering but no verbal interaction or ask for assistance. Ashley was the only one and excellent at her job. I went there for one charm and came out 3 a new bracelet and stopper chain. Overall a great experience minus the lack of acknowledgment upon initial entry.

Willie B was a lovely support while I came to visit Hollywood. He helped me find a charm to purchase as a gift. I wish there were more like him!

The associate was too late and the people on the store are not that good to help choose charms
