She was really nice and friendly

Sales rep Addy was marvelous. Her boss was also helpful. The only dissatisfaction was that some of the product was not available. However Addie was quick to let me know that the new Ontario store had just opened and I might have better luck there. The only reason I won’t be going back to this store soon is because we were making a visit from orange county and I do not live in the area of this store.

I always go to this Pandora and luckily Rachel is always the one to help me. She is so kinda and nice to talk to and knows exactly how to pinpoint one’s taste. I hope she’s getting paid very well, she definitely goes above and beyond and these days it’s not always recognized! Will definitely be back soon to have her help look for my next jewelry pieces!

The only issue is the website. I looked up the charm and bracelet I wanted to purchase online first and it showed as sold out. I just happened to decide to check with the store anyways since I was walking distance from it in the outlets. The staff at the Cabazon outlet store was very attentive and knowledgeable my salesperson knew exactly what I was asking for and I was able to purchase my sisters gift with ease. I was overall very impressed by the care they took in assisting me, my sister (who finally understood the joy of a pandora charm bracelet) and how clean the store is. Wonderful job!
