Pandora Jewelry

I went to the pandora store to see if I could exchange my safety chain for both of my bracelet as one was missing a stone and the other one would un clip once in a while. I went in asking to see if I could exchange it but the sales associate would leave me and go to a different one to ask questions in regards to the matter . The manager that was there was rude and honestly no help at all . She basically said I could just go to a different pandora to get help .

We purchased during the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. Our sales rep didnt apply the discount correctly and charged us full price. Totally fine. Mistakes happen. No big deal. I called the same day when i looked over the receipt. Call two more times the following day. STILL haven't received a call back. I had to drive to my nearest store to fix the issue. I will return to this store solely because they have disney park exclusives but i will triple check my receipt this time.

We waited in line for 20 minutes to see an associate and there were several available when we entered. However, no one offered to assist us nor were we greeted. The staff kept avoiding eye contact and finally two associates talked to each other about us and one volunteered to help us. My mother and I each spent over $100 each in the store and had you not had the items we were looking for, we would have left without purchasing anything.

The wait alone to get into the store was very long, even though it was only 3 of us in line. Understandable because they were short staffed, but the attitude of the manager maning the door was what made the wait bad. The associate who helped me was very nice. However, we had asked another associate a question while walking out and had to wait about 10 minutes for them to get an answer from the manager, for one question… and their attitude and way they spoke to us made feel very unwanted in the store and not the customers they would like to be helping. Very disappointed with the customer and will be sticking to buying my pandora items in Disney parks.

Store over 2 hours late in opening. Front doorman snarky and rude.

My daughter wanted to buy a charm after looking around. We waited 5 minutes and walked to two different sales assoc and neither of them acknowledged us. I finally asked one of them if we could buy something and she said she couldn't leave her customer until they left the store. She was standing there not helping the other customer as they were browsing. She told to ask the front entry lady to assign us someone. She gave me Richard who was training another assoc and he helped us purchase the charm and apologized for the other associate when I told him what happened. We almost walked out without buying prior to that. This store needs to prioritize helping all customers in the store.

Downtown Disney - my daughter and I told there was a 20 min wait . We waited outside in till the store was empty- then when we went back to the door the greeter was rude and said what are you looking for - not nice . But like if I didn’t know what I wanted I couldn’t look . My daughter to look at earning and said I would like to look - he basically rolled his eyes. He was more like a bouncer then a greeter

I purchased disney 100th anniversary items (on another receipt) and when we flew back to realize they never package it in the silver limited edition box and no certificate was included. The sale person who helped us name was Ricio, she was new there ao she had to ask so many questions from other associates on our sale. I just called the store and spoke to Josie who said she would not send us the box and certificate and that we have to fly back from the east coast to disney downtown to pick it up. Wow, i ask for another supervisor and got hung up on. Poor service.

Costumer service was nat good

Service was not friendly nor helpful. Lady couldn’t even smile. Wasn’t sure of my ring size and she didn’t really care to help figure it out either. Seen a different ring and she was not happy to let me view another. Didn’t feel great about purchasing and don’t know if I’ll return
