Sandra the associate was a rude and didn’t seem she want to help us, my mother and I. When we came in and started our purchase she didn’t seem interested helping when we asked her for a particular item we were looking for.

I walked in and everyone was approached by a worker other than me. The lady was not happy to help me out and was rushing me the entire time. I felt like I was more of a burden when I planned to spend more money but I much rather spend my money elsewhere.

The sales associate was not friendly and seemed annoyed that she was assisting me. I asked to look at 1 charm which she pulled out and told her I wanted to buy it. I also told her I wanted to buy a bracelet for my mom but I didn’t know what size she was. I asked her if she could pull up my moms Pandora account to see what size she purchased in the past. She said she couldn’t do that. I asked if she could measure my bracelet so I could use that as a reference point and she said no. Then I went on the website and asked what the size conversions meant (6.3 in, 6.7 in, etc) and she said she didn’t know how they did the sizing online. I told her I would just go to my Pandora store in AZ and figure it out later. She was honestly pretty rude and I wanted to wrap up my charm purchase as fast as possible because she made me feel uncomfortable and like I was bothering her.

The charm on display was $65 somehow I got charged 70 and I told her I had my Disney visa and I didn’t get my 10% off

I filled out this survey last time I bought something and the $10 off was not accepted because after my 10% welcome discount it was less than $100. Don’t give discounts if you are not going to honor them.

It took an HOUR from the line outside until we walked out with our purchase. Nobody has that kind of time to waste. You need another option for people who know EXACTLY what they want. The experience is a bit much for a $75 pendant. There’s a balance between too much customer service and not enough. It’s a very inefficient process.
