We purchased 2 Disney 100 charms but they were not part of the deal to receive the Disney little 100 bag. We got all excited when told if we purchase 2 Disney 100 charms we get the bag but the Disney 100 charms we chose didn't count towards bag

The rings that were sold out online, the sun and moon rings, were unavailable in store. However the associate was very helpful and helped my friend and I find our ring sizes. She was also very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for.

Only complaint is that there were only two salespeople helping others, so it took about 10 minutes for me to make my purchase.

I bought the new Ursula ring. The associate was friendly and attentive. I didn’t notice that the ring was defective until I left home. When I placed it on my finger I held the ring up to admire the detailing. Then I noticed that the pearl had chips of paint missing. I now have to go out of my way to Pandora to get it exchanged. I’m just curious how does Pandora handles their quality control?

There were a lot of sales representatives there but they didn’t seem to want to assist me, once the representative Ashley R determined I hadn’t been helped she was AWESOME and ATTENTIVE and I am happy with what I purchased.

There was a long wait outside in the rain to enter, but once in everyone was very nice.

I came in the store and no one greeted me or explained how the line was organized. I walked around the store for a few minutes not know who to talk to or if there was a queue.
