I was satisfied with the experience because they were kind and answered all my questions. The workers were patient and didn’t get annoyed. They all had a positive attitude!

The sales woman left when I told her I was browsing for bracelets and I couldn’t decide which to get and went with a different customer. When I decided I was looking for her and she had me waiting, then I had to wait for a different sales person and waited much longer than I should have! Also the tablet used for the engraving was not charged and turned off in the middle of the engraving and had to wait for it to charge another 20mins, because it would not turn back on!!! So unacceptable!

It was a positive experience and I purchased what I wanted. It was definitely an impulse which isn’t bad but also not what I expected to do that day. But very satisfied with my experience

The items are a bit pricey, nice, but pricey for such a small charm.

Purchased the 100 year anniversary bracelet thinking I was getting the box with the purchase as stated at the store. After purchasing I was told the boxes were all gone. Very disappointing

Some of the prices for the necklaces were very expensive when they looked the same. I purchased a silver adjustable necklace for $55, while an adjustable rose gold necklace was & $170.

I wish the store had a few more non Disney options.

I won’t coming back because I live in Colorado Springs.

For the amount of customers in a busy location, there were not enough sales associates. I waited 15 minutes before having the ability to talk with anyone.

I am highly satisfied with my purchase. I don't have any plans of returning the item I bought.
