My sales associate was personable and After knowing what I was looking for, found a charm in another area of the store that was exactly what I was looking for.

It was amazing, Dirlay was very friendly. She helped me size my wrist and finger and showed me multiple rings and charms till I could find the right one. It was my first time at Disney and she really made it better. Thank you DIRLAY!!!!!!

The staff Dirlay was extremally friendly and patient. Asked questions as to what type of jewelry we were interested and help us with our purchase. Very professional. Had a beautiful smile. Felt welcomed in store.

The ladies who worked with us were very helpful and took time to explain things to us. The biggest thing for us was my daughter had been complaining for MONTHS that her bracelet was too big for her wrist. I was VERY upset b/c I had to rebuy her a bracelet on this trip. I initially got this bracelet for her back in Dec. To be exact, it was 12/18/2021, Store #218656, Employee #:212026 and receipt #: 065673006425121821. We were new to the Pandora family and didn't have a clue what to buy nor knew anything about the sizing. Well, the lady who helped us told my daughter which size to get and of course we listened. Well, months later and it's just TOO big. That's $65 wasted since I had to buy a new one a few days ago. (Maybe she shouldn't make recommendation, yet just show customers all their options) Not very happy about that. The ladies in California were great and we got the new one and a new charm. My daughter has started collecting them on our vacations which is great!

The employees were very nice and friendly. The displays were very put together and presented the charms unique making me want to buy all of them.

I was assisted by two associates during my visit and I must say that my experience was very positive. Khristine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, her customer service is great! Stephanie helped me with my engraving and she is awesome as well. I appreciate all the help!

Very nice store with exceptional employees that know exactly how to treat you and greet you, with exceptional manners with expertise knowledge of what I was looking for especially the young Lady who assisted me with my wifes surprise gift. The sales Ladys Name was Thalia M. No #224450. She new exactly what I was looking for after l explained myself to her, on what l needed especially after loosing are two year old son to Cancer.This store is very clean and nice !
