Our experience was completely amazing and fulfilling because of the kindness, knowledge, and attentiveness of our sales associate, Thalia M (No. 224450). She was patient with the questions that we had regarding charms and was extremely polite when we asked to see a variety of charm options. Truly, we are grateful that we got paired with her because we found the perfect charms for our family members and even left with an extra memorable bracelet too!

I was highly satisfied with my purchase and the experience that came along with it. The sales associate was very friendly and I got the last size of the ring I wanted.
