We got there and their was a waiting line. The girl outside was super talkative and nice. As soon as we walked in we where greeted. We walk for a few minutes and Emma S. came up to us asking how was our evening and f we where ready? She was just very nice and friendly.

My cousin and I were excited to start our first charm bracelets, and the staff that helped us, -Paulina being the one to get our charm bracelet started- was very friendly, helpful and kind. They had everything in stock that we were looking for and made it a good experience/memory for both of us while visiting from out of town. We are both excited to visit again!
