The wait outside the store was not as long as we expected. We expected to wait even longer for someone to help us but we were able to get assistance within 5 minutes of going inside the store.

I had Samantha T help me and she was super amazing and friendly. Super easy to talk to and I felt comfortable when she helped me. The only problem I had was when I first walked into the store because there were workers who gave me dirty looks as if I didn't belong there. I was on vacation and wore comfortable clothing into the store. Sam was the ONLY person who made me feel welcome as everyone else at the time looked intimidated by me or whatever. Hated the vibes the workers (not Sam) gave off. The staff needs to be welcoming at all times towards all customers. Would give Sam's customer service a 10/10. Loved my jewelry as well.

I had a great experience with Piper D and Nathalie E. Based on my initial request, they shared multiple options that matched my interest. Both were polite, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure I had a wonderful shopping experience and left with a purchase I was very happy to wear.

We visited at Disneyland and found exclusive charms we liked. There was quite a selection. The service was excellent. And we received a free bangle.

Stephanie C knew exactly where to find items I was interested in. Also cleaned my charms and bracelet nicely. Did not rush me but worked quickly

I was highly satisfied with my service because I was greeted immediately and served. My items that I was looking to purchase were available. The store clean and bright so I could see all the items for sale. The sales reps were very friendly and pleasant. All and all a wonderful experience

I’ve been to the Downtown Disney store twice and both times have had very helpful and sweet. employees hopefully they’ll be able to revive more staff soon but they do good with the staff they have. This past visit, Lindsey was super sweet and helped guests with questions while we were waiting outside for the next associate to be ready and Piper was very helpful and we were able to find everything we needed.
