Monica (sales person number 229459) made things fairly easy to make our purchase a breeze. Did such a great job someone else in the same party made a purchase as well. Great attitude, service and overall help. Reminded me customer isn’t dead in these modern times.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was a wait but I was able to browse in the store so I was ready to make my selection when it was my turn to make a purchase. Overall I enjoyed my experience and can't wait to go back!

Dirlay was very polite and patient she she showed us ever we asked for and took the time to meet our expectations. She also took the time to fibx what we liked.

I originally just came in to pick up a BOPIS but I noticed a lot of new charms were available and decided pick a few up with a new bracelet. Dirlay was extremely personable and helpful. The bracelet I had originally wanted was not available however she showed me similar options and I ended up loving one more than my original choice. She let me try on two different sizes to figure out which fit I liked more and I did not feel rushed at all by her.
