Staff were all friendly and quick to help.they are very enthusiastic about their job which is nice to see. Making my experience at downtown disney great if i ever come back in the future ill be sure to visit this store

Associate Dirlay was so kind & patient! She helped us with sizing and different styles we were looking at and made sure we had an amazing shopping experience. She took the time to even get the ring i wanted from the back and checkout was fast & easy. Thank you so much Dirlay! :)

It was my first time in a Pandora store and I loved it! I went in to start a charm bracelet and immediately fell in love. I have a lot of friend that have charm bracelets and wanted to join the club. Soooo glad I did, I'm literally obsessed now!

Team lead Ashley P at the Downtown Disney Pandora went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. We were celebrating our baby's 3rd birthday in the stars and Ashley helped put together the perfect Winnie-the-Pooh bracelet to honor our baby boy. Thank you, Ashley for a magical service experience with my first bracelet!

I was buying a gift for a friend who loves Pandora. She wanted specifically Disney items, so I had to go to the store at Disneyland. Great selection!

Dirlay was very quick to help us, knowledgeable about the product, answered all our questions and was very helpful.

The sales associate, Dirlay D, answered all my questions and showed me several charms I was interested to see. She was friendly and courteous. I also loved looking at the Disneyland Park exclusive item at this location.
