It was a quick and easy shipping experience. I knew what I wanted which helped. The sales staff were knowledge and very helpful.

The sales associates were friendly. The one associate helping me did explain that Marvel charms were not included in the Black Friday sales at Downtown Disney ( which I knew). She was able to quickly ring me up and get me on my way!

We had a fantastic sales associate Alexis help us with our daughters jewelry. They’ve been wanting to purchase Pandora at the Downtown Disney for the longest time. Finally they’re both 13 now and we decided to take a look of what they have and saw the 30% off special. I ended up (mom) getting a pendant for myself as well. Alexis has been a great help for her suggestions and we ended up purchasing a lot but we’ll worth it. The quality of the jewelry and she mentioned that if we needed them repolished or cleaned we can drop by any Pandora. That was great to know! We will definitely come back again in the near future and see what else we can enjoy. Hopefully Alexis will be there to help us out again. We’re very happy and excited about our purchases.
