I was surprised to see an engraving station. This prompt me to purchase six personalized charms. The associate Karolina H. Was so patient and understanding that all my needs and wants for this purchase. She was absolutely amazing! I’m so grateful she was the one how helped me.

The store was clean and organized, and the whole process was efficient. I was able to choose the items I wanted and checkout was easy. The associates were helpful and informative.

Sales associate Julia was phenomenal. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. All staff was very polite. We live two hours away, but every time we come to this location it is a great experience!

Even helped me put the necklace on because I was having trouble with the tiny clasp! she was super friendly and even told me about how I could engrave one of my items. Would have never known that was offered! Made my experience much more special as this was my first pandora purchase!

Luis was extremely bubbly and friendly to us during our visit. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was happy to assist with anything we needed. He even recognized us walking back through Downtown Disney later that night and greeted us again warmly.
