The sales associate was very patient and let me see what the total of all the charms and bracelet combinations I was interested in would be and kept a smile on her face while I was indecisive as to which one I wanted to purchase. I loved my bracelet in the end!

Nikoletta was very friendly and personable! She happily pulled out every single charm that my daughter wanted to see and told us facts about some of the charms. I would definetly shop with her again!

Alexis was really helpful with showing me charms that looked good and would work with what I had in mind.

My experience was great because I had a sales associate assigned to me which made me feel special. Her name was Karolina H. and she was so sweet and very very helpful! I was finally able to try on the ring I have been eyeing and she had so much great information about it. She also hooked me up with replacing my ring since it was missing two diamonds! Overall great experience and I will definitely continue to shop at Pandora for my rings! Thank you all so much!
