Karolina was very attentive. She knew everything there was to know about all the products. She also gave some great recommendations to increase longevity of the products we bought.

I was let know I had a 5 min wait but then didn't end up waiting long at all, I started browsing and someone came up very kindly and assisted me with a charm and a ring. They were great from the moment I came to the door to when I left. My only complaint is to the company itself in not carrying rings passes 10&1/2 cause I would have bought like 4 different ones if they had a 12&1/2 or even a 12
