When the store opened it was very clean and the ladies where very helpful, i enjoyed the experience was very memorial, i even bought another charm from inside the Disney park were my daughter and granddaughter were on a girls trip.

Monica (229459) was amazing! She was extremely helpful and did such a wonderful job restyling my bracelet for me. I love it!

The associate that helped us was very friendly. Her name was Karolina and she really took her time. Overall, friendly location.

After my initial dissatisfaction with the line outside the door and needing to provide my name when everything in the store is under lock and key, my husband and I were helped by Emma, who was pleasant and helpful. She made up for the unpleasant experience at the door. Pandora should examine the need for their system of limiting entry since all merchandise is locked away. I could see no reason for the line and the request for my name before being admitted to the store.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of its vast selection of Disney merchandise. The store is organized and allows for crowd control so that when you're inside, you have enough space to look at all their selections. Staff super friendly and accommodating.
