I am highly satisfied because we walked in to get a cleaning on my pandora ring and Karolina welcomed us in with a smile and a warming welcome. When asking if she can clean my ring she did it with a smile and took my ring to get a cleaning, at other pandora store I feel like they just have attitude if you just want a cleaning. Then we got some jewelry and she was also there to kindly help us! 10/10

Karolina was super helpful and answered all my questions. She was super personable and made conversation outside of my purchase. She was able to help me find a really cute pair of earrings that I love.

Ashley was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive during the purchase. She had ideas and helped us old ladies. It was a pleasurable time.

The sales associate (Elyse #239563) went above and beyond to help us, to make sure we were happy and if she wasn't sure of an item or info she immediately got help. She smiled the whole time and you can genuinely tell she loves her job and helping people. We left the store very happy and we will definitely be returning for more purchases and hopefully getting help from Elyse on our next visit.

In love with the charms, they are adorable! I especially like the exclusives. Disneyland got me hooked I’m a magic key holder and always visit the Pandora store in the parks too.
