I came into the store looking for a certain Hawaii charm that I had seen advertised in a magazine on a Hawaiian Airlines flight just last month and I was a little unhappy that that style charm was discontinued and it was now another design.

Nice merchandise. I selected 2 charm pendants; was told $65 each. $40 was added to the total because the charms I selected had "engraving" on them. I did not request the engraving and did not know that this was an additional charge. I purchased the charms but the store's tactic was extremely dishonest. I requested to speak to the Mgr. who refused to waive engraving charge. I was not offered charms without the engraving.
