Associate was very knowledgeable and friendly .

Visiting this island so won’t be coming back. Sales person was friendly and helpful. Came in looking for exclusive charms to this island. Was hoping for more selection but settled on one. Other states/areas have offered more selections for us to choose from.

Sales associate seem very unknowledgeable about certain jewelry and couldn’t figure out what I’ve asked for even tho I have pointed it out. Said that she can’t see very well so I had to look for the jewelry I wanted through the catalogs. Jokingly said that the sale was taking too long and seem like she didn’t want to take some of the displayed pieces out to show me since they were the last pieces. That’s not how you make a sale. I’m still satisfied with my purchase but it just seems like she had a difficult time with communicating with customers. She’s nice, not rude, but I was a little displeased with how the experience was.

My overall experience was phenomenal, but all the pieces I fell in love with in store they didn’t have in my size.

Passara was very helpfully, knowledgeable, and friendly while helping my mom and I find Hawaii charms in remembrance of our 2022 family vacation.

I wanted a pair of earrings but the only pair they had left one was broke.

I am only not satisfied due to making a purchase the day before then the promotion for free bracelets began today. I spent over$300 on charms.

I purchased 2 Clips and one fell off. It was only 1 day after I purchased the bracelet the charms and the clips. I feel like there should have been some restitution but Pandora's sells associate said there's nothing pandora will do. I feel like the clip must not have been put on properly. This is my 1st time ever having this bracelet. I didn't put the clip on or take it off and I was unhappy that the clip came off.
