The sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and the items I wanted to see were available. The store is very clean and well lighted. The special sale of a free bracelet was a good incentive to shop.

In the past, I always visited the mall, but never ventured into the store! However today, I’d been looking for the right exact necklace n bracelet and found it at Pandora! Extremely pleased that I found exactly what I’d been searching for! That put a smile on my face!!! Tara at Arrowhead was so very pleasant to work with! She showed the highest amount of customer service to me n my hubby!!!! She was both welcoming n friendly! She even took the time to show me a couple of other pieces just to make sure of my likes n dislikes!!! She makes a customer want to come to Pandora because she is friendly, kind, approachable, and she laughed at my jokes n comments!!!! A good afternoon indeed! ❤️👍
