My salesperson Khephra is always very knowledgeable and friendly. He really takes time with me and recommends different types of charms. I look forward to add new charms to my new bracelet.

Katie M, my sales associate was extremely patient and kind with me through out my visit. I came in with list of items I was looking for and when I was unable to purchase them she made recommendations that were easily substituted. Her customer service and product knowledge made for an overall enjoyable experience.

From the moment I approached the store the Pandora employees anticipated my arrival and were eager to assist me. Stephanie specifically was very sweet & friendly before and during my visit!

Sales associate Katie was very very helpful from the moment I called the store with questions, during my shopping and throughout the purchase entirely. She is very kind and helpful, she helped and was very patient with me regarding the issues I was having using the Klarna App. I also met Khephra L. who did an amazing job at helping me with the app as well, and was extremely informative when it came to asking about my interest in the colors of the charms I'm considering buying now that I have another snake chain bracelet!! so excited!! I enjoyed my visit at this location so much that it is now my go-to as of the moment I left, I will be returning to get the charms on my wish list! I sincerely Thank them both.
