I was highly satisfied with my experience at pandora because of the very sweet workers that helped me throughout picking my bracelet & charms. The workers got to me quickly so it didn’t take long at all.

I was highly satisfied due to the fact they had what I wanted in stock and helped me find the right size for the Spider-Man bracelet and explained to me the charms that can go on the bracelet. So I decided to get the bracelet and get the accessories later. I also decided to get a ring for my girlfriend that day but decided to do it in secret as one of the workers helped find a perfect size for her. It made both our days a time to never forget

We came in with a broken bracelet. Leanna assisted us, and Alma, Store Manager, authorized for our item to be replaced. They were both very kind and just amazing!

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The store manager listened to me and helped me immediately. Carmen, the one who also helped me after the store manager was also so sweet and answered all my questions! Cerritos Pandora has always been so nice.
