Unsatisfied sales person forgot to pack one of my items and now the extra time I have to go back when store manager is in store to take care of this situation.

The first sales associate who helped me Karyme was very helpful and kind. I was hoping i got her again for my return. I returned a charm i just bought because it was a gift but the person already had it. Jasmine “helped” me for this return. She was very passive aggressive with her tone and gave an attitude about the return. Not sure if she just started working here but i would appreciate better customer service as i love pandora but this behavior from this associate was not nice and ruined my experience. I used to work retail and i just think this associate needs more training.

I was very dissatisfied with the attention from the sales associate Jarely and who appeared to be the manager, Alma. They were more worried about chit chatting amongst themselves than assisting me in my purchase. I waited in line outside the store for a bit, while they were busy chatting inside the store. No one else was waiting and when they called me to go inside, Jarely still signed me up on the list and made me wait before she offered to assist me. I requested a ring and she said she was going to check if they had it, but instead she went to continue her conversation with Alma, all while I stood there waiting for her to bring the ring. She then looked at me and said she was looking for the ring and giggled, while all that time they were just chatting it up in front of me. I was upset and decided not to purchase the ring after all. I do not expect to be treated like the queen of England, but I do expect a decent customer service.

The staff Victor was very unfriendly. The ring size I was looking for, he said nothing for that particular ring. I mentioned that May I see the one that is displaying, he said that is size 7 or bigger, but when I tried it on, it was perfect for my finger. So then he checked, and it was a 5. Then later, after purchasing, I requested another bag for my gift because the bag was dirty and has black ink. He replied me very rude, saying they are all the same! And hardly folded another gift bag he was giving me. Very very unsatisfied with the customer service. It’s my first time seeing an employee that is this unprofessional.

Jarely was very rude and didn't acknowledge me when she just walked up to me and stared. She walked away when I told her I wanted to make an exchange but didn't realize my receipt wasn't in my bag. She said "Yeah, I'm gonna need that." She then comes back and is looking at her watch like she's ready to leave. I love Pandora, but that was rude.

Service was awful. Sales associate was not willing help me until she realized I was a serious buyer after I asked her for another sales associate. Asked her about a charm said they are out, then came back and said they got 4 in just yesterday, looked for it couldn’t find it. Asked her if she could call around other nearby stores for me, refused. Just spend &500 in London and Paris but will never return to this store again!
