I was ready with makeup and all I felt like the sales associate were giving me judging looks. The girl that helped me was ok, she helped me find what I was looking for in a timely manner to get me out the store in a jiffy.

We waited about 50 minutes in line and after finally entering the store, it still took us around 20 minutes to get attended and finally get helped.

I’m not satisfied with today’s Pandora experience, because the sales associate was very unprofessional because she was very one worded we weren’t greeted. She didn’t ask what we wanted in the proper way, and she didn’t show us the product before we purchased it.

I felt like I was selling the product to the sales associate herself. She was overall uninterested throughout the interaction and unhelpful. She also made it sound like she did not want to be there.

Staff weren’t the friendliest. Staff weren’t knowledgeable. Staff took a long time with assisting me with my purchase.

I came in to see what could be done about a clip that has repeatedly fallen off of my bracelet and nearly gotten lost. I was told nothing could be done because it was not broken. They basically wanted me to wear it until it fell and got lost. Eventually with persistence they agreed to exchange it for another clip of the same style.
