Although the sales rep was nice, he was not of the caliber person I expect. Unkept nails, missing teeth, overall all appearance was a turn off to wanting to return.

There were not enough workers. The employees were moving really slow as well. The manager was the only one who really seemed to know the merchandise.

Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora. The only part that I was not highly satisfied with was not having a ring in the size I was looking for but I understand that someone else might have bought it so it's okay.

Because I love pandora but you need more people who needs both language English and Spanish. Sometimes there’s only one person spiking both and many people visit you guys who needs more help in Spanish.
