I came here to look for a gift for my mom but she did have a lot of charm already Clara is super helpful to help me look for a style that could fit my mom's style. I ended up buying a new charm collection called openwork purple charm. My mom loves it! Super satisfied with the customer service and purchase.

The associates are always very friendly. They are willing to answer all my questions. They also give me ideas where to place my charms on my bracelets so there is an easy flow to it.

Because the store don’t have a lot of numbers for the rings or charms available

We liked several bracelets they didn't have the size we needed

After I had purchase my item I forgot that I had a 10% off & I told the employee I’d like to use it she gave me attitude saying I can’t use it no more I told her can’t I do a exchange and return so I can use it thats when she allowed me too

I was not highly satisfied because this particular store did not have enough selection of what I was looking for. Other than that, everything else was good.

The cramped space. More access to lower priced charms.
