When I got there the store was full and I was put on a wait list. Once my turn a Samantha assisted me. She ask what was I interested in? I said the offer they currently had of rings buy two and get one free. She said looking for something in specific? I would like a princess theme, hearts, stackable rings, wishbone rings. Sam show me all they had available in a size 7. She has great customer service and knew what I was interested in and showed me many rings. I tried approximately over ten rings. Sam was very patient and very knowledgeable, she knew my interest me and showed me other rings. She took into consideration my thoughts and opinion and based on that she showed me what was in stock and also gave me her opinion and share some ideas on other rings i might be interested. After looking and trying on many rings I feel in love with a lot of them and finally made my decision to only take 6 rings. Sam ask is there anything else you would be interested in? I answer yes. I would like to see your bracelets and charms. I would like to start my first bracelet. I share I wanted the same theme Princess. I ended up buying a bracelet and two charms. I treated myself for my birthday.

The sales representative Matt was extremely helpful. I appreciated his patience with us as we were extremely indecisive. He was nice and very accommodating.

My Sales Associate Alexia provided outstanding service. She was very patient and provided great gift suggestions for my niece and my aunt. She also had suggestions for my bracelet. I give her 10 Stars!!!
